Shipping + Returns
For products in stock, we fulfill orders within two business days. Backordered items are usually fulfilled within two weeks.* (Though it's likely to be much shorter!)
We ship all orders, with tracking information, via USPS. Customers have the option during checkout to select First Class (typically 4-6 business days) or Priority (typically 2-3 business days).** Currently, we only ship within the United States.
*We cannot guarantee a specific timeline for the replenishment of sold out items, but will keep you updated as your order progresses. **We cannot guarantee your package to arrive by a certain date through our normal checkout. If you're in a jam and need your order sooner, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible, and we can work together on a solution.
We know the value of a good card, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
In the event that something went awry, we allow return for refund or exchange up to 7 days from delivery. All we ask is that products are unused, and returned to Dane HQ in the original plastic, at the purchaser’s expense. Once the item has reached Seattle, we process refunds or issue exchanges within 48 hours. Please note, there may be an additional delay in transfer of funds from your bank or credit card company.
